TIU Signs MoU with Moscow State Academy of Water Transport
Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, President of Tishk International University (TIU), and Dr. Sultan Ourabi, Member of Board of Trustees, visited Moscow State Academy of Water Transport.
Dr. Salih and his accompanying delegation were warmly welcomed by associate Dr. Igor Mischenko, rector of the Academy.
President of TIU and Dr. Ourabi had a fruitful meeting with Dr. Mischenko, which was attended by several vice presidents and faculty deans. Both sides agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which includes student exchange and exchange programs of research materials especially at the Engineering departments like Mechatronics, as well as publications. It also provides for joint conferences and academic programs, joint degree programs, joint research activities and publications.
In the end, Dr. Salih gave a plaque of appreciation to the rector of Moscow State Academy of Water Transport, and thanked him warmly for his generous hospitality.
